Felicitas Morgenroth

A good ten years ago, I discovered my fascination for horses through my daughter's riding lessons. After our first riding holidays, I started riding passionately myself and got more and more involved with horses. On wonderful riding tours in Iceland, I realised that horses are also an important source of relaxation and energy for me in my everyday life. Jósteinn joined our family in 2016 and Stjarni in 2018. Ever since then, the horses have shown me a lot about myself, taught me, and helped me through difficult situations. I have developed a great appreciation for the horses and their honest, direct feedback. I am convinced that we can learn from horses and grow with them.

As a management consultant, change manager, leader, and agile coach in global companies, I have been able to accompany many people and teams through change and support them in their development.

With horse-assisted coaching, I combine my passion for working with people and horses.
